网页上打开过的flv文件（其它格式的视频文件也一样）其实都保存在一个C盘的临时文件夹里了。
你打开，C盘，然后Documents and Settings，然后点你当前使用的用户，比如是管理员身分就是Administrator（如果你没改过的话一般就是它），然后是Local Settings（一般来说这个文件夹是隐藏的，方法是点菜单栏的工具然后是文件夹选项，在里面勾选显示所有文件和文件夹） ，再然后是Temporary Internet Files
进去之后有很多文件，怎么找你的flv文件呢？一般来说，flv文件是视频文件，比别的文件大，所以你右键，按大小排列，就能找到flv格式的文件，也可以先把这个文件夹里的文件先清空，就好找了，然后你把它复制，粘贴到别的地方，打开就行了,但有一个前提，就是，你必须已经在土豆之类的网站上打开过这个FLASH，并且他下载的那个进度条一定要满了才行。
另外，有的系统设置的是关闭网页就删除临时文件，这样的话，你就要保持开着网页，去C盘里找，而不能关了
